At LaunchPaw, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition.
  • Be free from excessive wear, misuse, or damage.
  • Include all original accessories and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as LaunchPaw cannot be responsible for packages lost during return transit.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products intentionally damaged after delivery
  • Products showing excessive wear or misuse
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow our standard return procedure.

This Return & Refund Policy is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of your country or region.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
